This is a high quality Chinese restaurant with great service and one of my favourite restaurants in Singapore. I especially like the rich dim sum.

Old Shanghai onion oil mixed with pasta, scallion oil mixed noodles, pasta, no pasta. The pasta is oily and moist, and there is an appetite when you look at it. There are small shrimps on it that stimulate the delicious taste. Why does this combination of Chinese and Western pasta give me such an appetite?

一家装潢的非常高端大气并且上档次的川菜餐厅，从就餐环境，就看得出老板的用心良苦。这边的菜色做的卖相也特别好。当然味道也不差，价格也着实不便宜。

著名的良木园酒店就坐落在乌节路上，我居然一次都没来过。这次应同学要求预定高级川菜馆，才发现了这里。这家岷江川菜馆虽然叫川菜馆，感觉吃的都是粤菜，好不容易点上了水煮牛肉和麻辣锅吧，味道也跟川菜没有半毛钱对外关系。酒店很美，就当吃了个漂亮川菜馆吧。

The famous Goodwood Park Hotel is located on Orchard Road, but I have never been there. This time, I found this place when I booked a high-end Sichuan restaurant at the request of my classmates. Although this Minjiang Sichuan Restaurant is called a Sichuan restaurant, it feels like the food is all Cantonese cuisine. I finally ordered boiled beef and spicy hot pot, but the taste is nothing like Sichuan cuisine. The hotel is beautiful, just treat it as a beautiful Sichuan restaurant.

号称川菜馆，不过川菜只是普通，倒是本地风味多点，不过环境相当不错的，摆盘也很有水准，所以有时间倒是值得一试。
